Say hello to the Canary Islands!

We’re delighted to announce that from today we will also be delivering our fresh and effective products to the Canary Islands. Since the Canary Islands are autonomous communities of Spain, we had to create a dedicated “country” to cover the Canary Island postcodes. For this reason, they are also separated from Spain in our system.

What does this mean for you,
your team and your customers?

When you register a new RINGANA Partner and/or a customer with a Canary Islands address, ensure that you select the correct country – “Canary Islands-Spain” – in the drop-down menu. Do not choose Spain. This applies with regard to both the delivery address and the invoicing address.

We will be directly contacting all RINGANA Partners and customers who already have a registered address in the Canary Islands, and will update the country information for them.

Because of the Canary Islands’ autonomous status, no intra-community purchases are accepted. This means that all transactions are taxable.

Just as with Spain, a valid tax ID number (NIF) is required in order to do any transaction.

The shipping costs correspond with those of our focus markets and amount to €5.40 per package. Delivery takes between 7 and 14 days. We offer free delivery for all orders worth € 70 or more. The minimum value for free postage on group orders is € 85.

With regard to management by our Regional and Area Managers, the Canary Islands are treated as an extension of Spain. So you can continue to rely on Jordi Marin.
